With more than four decades in nursing and an extensive career in infusion therapy, Pamela Jones McIntyre brings an extraordinary depth of clinical expertise, operational leadership, and firsthand knowledge of the home infusion industry. Her career has spanned direct patient care, oncology, home and ambulatory infusion, clinical operations, executive leadership, education, program development, and consulting. As the founder of Expert Infusion Solutions, Pam has become a trusted resource within the infusion community, helping organizations strengthen programs, develop teams, improve operations, and navigate complex industry challenges. A 2026 National Home Infusion Association Fellow, she has also contributed to the profession through leadership with the Infusion Nurses Society, service on the NHIA Clinical Practice Committee, and work with the Journal of Infusion Nursing.
Angela D Gandara

With 42 years in pharmacy, Angela Gandara brings decades of healthcare experience and deep expertise in reimbursement systems, revenue cycle operations, and the technology that supports them to her role as President of Harmony Revenue Cycle Management. A CareTend Administrator and Certified Pharmacy Technician, Angela has spent much of her career managing the complex systems behind healthcare reimbursement, including payer and contract setup, fee schedules, electronic claims, pharmacy rejects, HCPCS updates, enrollments, reporting, and database administration. She has led major accounts receivable and reimbursement initiatives, including multimillion-dollar recovery projects, and served as the business lead for a CareTend migration spanning three companies. Her experience across billing, collections, contracting, compliance, systems administration, and operational leadership gives Harmony a strong technical foundation for helping healthcare organizations improve financial performance.
